“There’s No Coal In Drum(nadrochit)” Well we had nae coal to smoke the lum So we took the cart way doon tae Drum we tuppence in my sporran pocket we drove on doon to Drumnadrochit I tied the donkey tae a post and pushed on through the hostelry doors there were tables, chairs, the barman and sawdust on the floors “Have ye eny coal?” I asked as politely as ye please “Nay” said the barman “instead have wun o’ these we’ve nae coal only useless redd (with a tear in his eye the barman said) There’s nae coal- so will it be a half or a whole? “How much would I owe ye? I jangled my pennies “A h’apney for the half but have ye any munny?” “Aye” I replied “there’s a brace in my sporran here So it’s two whole pints then I’ll be oot on me ear” Slaked I went oot the wife was combing her hair “My darling” I said “you’re looking quite fair There’s nae coal in Drum- I could not find it here!” “Of course not ye bampot- yoou’ll no find it there “I’ve mislaid the munny-and I feel rather dizzy” “Thart’s no surprise I see you’ve been at the fizzy! While you were wasting munny I procured some coal from my Aunty Jenny she’s a generous soul” In silence we drove back to our wee cottage in the glen she gave me a proper skelping - from now until then so fellas if the missus is in need of some coal don’t go tae Drum or ye’ll pay the toll I find this old saying is best on the whole “may ya lum always reek with other folks coal”

"No One Needs a Billionaire"(Harris) In a world of endless riches, where fortunes rise and fall, It's easy to lose sight of what matters most of all, We chase the golden dreams, the power and the fame, But in the end, it's clear, we’re all not the same. No one needs a billionaire, no, not you or I, It's love and kindness that truly make us fly, We must value each other, that's where our strength will lie, In unity and love, together we'll touch the sky. In shiny suits and penthouses, they may tower above, But they're just a thread, not the whole of, Let's count our blessings, in the friendships that we share, For when we lift each other up, we're all billionaires. Let's build a world where empathy's our currency, And compassion, our greatest wealth, No need for wealth that's bound in secrecy, It's love and kindness that we'll share, in limitless stealth. In the end, it's not the balance sheets, the stocks, or the land, It's the bonds we form with others, we stand hand in hand, No one needs a billionaire, to find the value that we seek, In the hearts of one another, we'll find what is unique.

"Crawling From The Wreckage"(Harris) Though the storms had left me battered I know deep inside old loves had been shattered nowhere left to hide Crawling from the wreckage I saw a tiny light In the darkness of the rubble I knew the hope was slight (Chorus) I'm crawling from the wreckage, I'm rising from the grave I'll face the world with knowledge I will escape the cave, A future so solid and a goal that's burning bright, I'll repent my hurtfulness I'll turn my wrongs to rights. (Chorus) I've been down in sorrow, I've felt the crushing weight, Still I won't let my errors determine any of my fate, With every step I stumble, I'll find some way, To turn my failings to my all around and then seize the day. (Chorus) No more introspection, no more hiding in despair, I’m crawling from the wreckage into daylight’s glare I’ve learned my lesson I’m a better man Backtracking to where it all began (Chorus)
